Frank Lewis

Frank Lewis has over 25 years of experience as a Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Non-Executive Director and Finance Director for growth-oriented, middle-market, public and private companies based in the UK and abroad.  Frank is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of China Evoline Plc (AIM: CEVO, formerly ZTC Telecommunications Plc).  Prior board experience includes service as the Non-Executive Chairman of Lloyds British Testing plc and as a Non-Executive Director of Formjet plc, Polymer Logistics NV, Zeehan Zinc Ltd. and Image Metrics Ltd., amongst others.

Frank began his career in South Africa, working for a number of companies in a variety of sectors, including Computer Warehouse (a retail computer chain listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange), which grew from a start-up to 23 outlets, and businesses as diverse as domestic lighting, clothing manufacturing and retail jewelry.

Frank is a member of the AIM Advisory Group, which is an external committee established by the London Stock Exchange to advise on all matters affecting the operation and regulation of AIM, and is comprised of Senior Executives from AIM-listed companies, Nomads, Brokers, Institutional Investors and Market Makers.  Frank is also a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance International Working Group, a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

David R.W. Potter

David Potter has 40 years of experience in the London finance sector as the former Deputy Chairman of Investec Bank UK (1998 - 1999), Chief Executive Officer of Guinness Mahon Group (1990 - 1998), a Managing Director of Samuel Montagu, Midland Montagu and Midland Global Corporate Banking (now HSBC, 1981 - 1989) and a Managing Director of CSFB and its predecessor companies (1969 - 1981).

David was most recently a Non-Executive Director of Solar Integrated Technologies (2007 - 2009) until this U.S.-based, AIM-listed company was acquired in August 2009.  David also served as Solar Integrated's Non-Executive Chairman from the time of its 2004 IPO on AIM through 2006.  David was the Non-Executive Chairman of Vycon, Inc., also a U.S.-based company, which listed on AIM in 2007 and delisted in 2009.

David has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Camco International Limited (AIM: CAO) since the time of its 2006 IPO on AIM.  David is or was the Non-Executive Chairman or a Non-Executive Director of a number of other UK public companies, including; Vantis PLC, Spark Ventures, Quercus Publishing, Deltron PLC, Guinness Flight VCT and Numerica.  David is a Trustee of the UK Friends of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund, Worldwide Volunteering for Young People and The National Film and TV School Foundation.  David is also a Council Member of the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation and a Fellow of King's College London.

Adrian J. R. Smith

Adrian Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of The Woolton Group LLC, an international advisory group with offices in Florida and London.  Adrian also currently serves on the boards of RTI Biologics (NASDAQ-GM: RTIX) and Byotrol plc (AIM: BYOT) and is the Chairman of Premier Credit Ltd. and Addpower UK Ltd.  Prior board experience includes service as the Non-Executive Chairman of Gaming VC S.A. and the Carter & Carter Group plc.  As the Non-Executive Chairman of Carter & Carter, Adrian led the Board through two acquisitions and a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange.  Adrian is currently advising companies in the clean technology, including renewable energy, and global telematics industries and also serves on the Board of a Florida not-for-profit organization, the Education Foundation of Indian River County.

Adrian retired from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 2004 after serving as the Managing Partner for Global Marketing and Communication.  Before joining Deloitte in 2000, Adrian was the Chief Executive Officer of Grant Thornton LLP (U.S.) and was a Worldwide Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1991 - 1997.

Adrian began his career with Procter & Gamble in the UK in 1966 and joined Ecolab Inc. in 1979 as a Vice President for Consumer Marketing Operations in Europe.  Adrian relocated to the U.S. in 1981 with Ecolab as the Senior Vice President of International Marketing, Research and Development.  Adrian also managed Ecolab's Asia-Pacific subsidiary operations before relocating to Toronto in 1988 to become the President of Ecolab Canada.  Adrian was an Interim Managing Director at DataCard Limited (UK) from 1990 - 1991.
