How AIM Works

Registered Office & Company Secretary

The final unique component of London’s AIM is the requirement to designate a Registered Office to which all legal notices must be sent and to designate a Company Secretary who can be contacted in relation to such matters.  The Registered Office must be a physical location, not just a post office box.  The Company Secretary can be someone within the London AIM-listed company or this can be outsourced to a third party who is expert in the various filing requirements with Companies House which acts as the repository for all legal matters and regulatory filings for London AIM-listed and private companies in the UK.
